Rhinophalt® is a proven solution. It’s extremely well established
internationally, rigorously tested and proven over many years on varied asphalt surfaces around the world.
This solution has been tested in-situ for years on weather-beaten motorways in the UK; freezing airport runways in Iceland; heavily used major highways in India; high speed test tracks in Europe and high volume traffic routes in China, and various other surfaces worldwide.
Each asphalt preservation project undertaken with Rhinophalt® has been PROVEN to generate significant cost savings for the infrastructure owner when compared to a “traditional” repair and replace method. Maintenance savings on a current Rhinophalt® client site managed under a UK DBFO (Design Build Finance Operate) contract, also known as BOT (Build Operate Transfer) are projected, by the company’s own investigations, to be in the region of 40% over a 20 year Life Cycle Budget.

Rhinophalt® is not just a one time treatment, there is a well established client base which has scheduled in subsequent Rhinophalt® applications to further extend the life of their asphalt. Early treatment and applications every 5 to 7 years will reduce both the need for resurfacing and the cost of intervention.
